TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit or payment toward a trip constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
 
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of your reservation, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
 
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Deposit toward a trip constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of policies regarding cancellations and refunds. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation will be effective on the date the written notification is received by Fortis Travel. Regardless of the cause, all cancellations will be subject to the following charges: 45 days prior to departure, loss of deposit. 44 days to 35 days prior to departure 25% of total cost. 34 days to 8 days prior to departure, 75% of total cost. 7 days prior to departure 100% of total cost. There will be no refunds for cancellations made while the tour is in progress and no shows.
 
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE
International flights, domestic flights in Turkey, passport and visa fees, expenses incurred on mainland US, meals not specified on the itineraries, all personal expenses such as laundry, drinks with meals, excess baggage charge, room service, phone calls, insurance, tips to guide and driver.
 
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing luggage, personal effects, accident, health and trip cancellation insurance. Fortis Travel is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and belongings, nor are we liable for personal injury, accident or illness.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fortis Travel will make every effort to operate the tours as stated. However, circumstances may arise which would require adjustments. Fortis Travel reserves the right to make such modifications as they are determined to be necessary. Fortis Travel is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and belongings, nor are we liable for personal injury, accident or illness. Rates listed in the brochure are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the printing date of January 2002. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
